Outfit: Neon Yellow

I've got a new regular post for you which is going to be an outfit post. I'm hoping to post these every Friday and they will be showing an outfit look for that week. 

This week I decided to wear my neon yellow dress to match with my neon bright makeup yesterday. I love the fit of this dress and the swishy skirt.
